When purchasing in Magic World you accept the terms and conditions. All our sales are final. Cancellations are not possible unless notified 7 business days in advance ($25 admin fee will be applied)
Return Policy
Because of the nature of our products (perishable) we do not accept returns.
Fraud Prevention and Verification Policy
Orders identified as high risk of fraud or containing suspicious details (such as mismatched billing and shipping information or payment discrepancies) are subject to additional verification.
By placing an order with Magic World Flowers, the customer agrees to cooperate with our verification process when required. In such cases, we will contact the customer via SMS or email to request:
-A valid photo ID matching the billing name(front and back)
-A photo of the payment card used, showing only the name and last 4 digits.
-Any missing details in the order.
The customer must provide this verification immediately upon request. If verification is not completed, the order will not be processed.
Customers who prefer not to share verification details may complete payment ivia Zelle or cash. Once the Zelle or cash payment has been received, verification will no longer be required, and we will issue a refund exception to the original card payment since the payment method has changed.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for unverified or canceled card transactions. We do not offer refunds unless a cancellation request is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee to cover processing and handling costs. Due to the nature of our products (custom and perishable), all sales are final.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability BEFORE placing your order or IMMEDIATELY after you place it.
