A: Our hours are:

  • Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM
  • Saturday and Sunday: 10 AM - 2 PM

2. Placing an Order

Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place an order through our website, over the phone, or by visiting us in-store. For same-day delivery, orders must be placed at least 4 hours before the desired delivery time.

Q: Can I customize my bouquet?
A: Yes! You can choose the number of roses, wrapping, and add-ons such as ribbons, crystals, or cards. For personalized requests, feel free to text us or include notes at checkout.

Q: Can I add a card message?
A: Absolutely! Every arrangement includes a complimentary card message. Simply provide your message during checkout.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, Zelle transfer, PayPal, and other standard payment methods offered during checkout.


3. Delivery Information

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver to Bedford, TX, and surrounding areas, including Arlington, Dallas, Fort Worth, and more. Check our full list of delivery areas and ZIP codes at the bottom. For more information please visit our Delivery Policy.

Q: Can I request a specific delivery time?
A: While we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, you can request a morning (9 AM - 1 PM) or afternoon (12 PM - 6 PM) time frame, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
A: If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to contact them or you for further instructions. If no one can be reached, the arrangement will be returned to the store for pickup. You can arrange for re-delivery for an additional fee. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.


4. Returns and Refunds

Q: Can I return or exchange an arrangement if I’m not satisfied?
A: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Returns Policy for complete details.


5. Products and Customization

Q: Are your chocolates safe for people with allergies?
A: Chocolates included in some arrangements may be presented out of the box and without labeling. These chocolates contain allergens such as milk, hazelnuts, wheat, and soy. Q: What should I know about the safety of arrangements?

Q: Are your helium balloons safe?

Q: How do I care for my flowers after delivery?
A: To keep your flowers fresh:

  1. Refill the vase with clean water daily.
  2. Trim the stems at an angle every two days.
  3. Keep flowers away from direct sunlight and drafts.
  4. Remove any wilted flowers or leaves promptly.

Q: What happens if my vase or arrangement breaks?

Q: Do you offer refunds for missed deliveries (recipient not available)?
A: Refunds are not offered for missed deliveries. If arrangements are returned to the store, the customer may arrange for pickup or re-delivery for an additional fee. For more information, see our Delivery Policy.
